I visited this dealer to look at the new Honda CMX 1100T and really liked the looks and feel but did not desire the color they had in stock so they found me the color I wanted later the same day and had it ready to go for me in less than a weeks time which was very amazing. All the staff I dealt with were great to get along with and very knowledgeable as well so all in all it was a very pleasant experience. The store is easy to get to and well stocked with things one might need to maintain ones own bike. I am 71 so this may be my last bike purchase but if that changes I will be back to Jay Hatfield in Wichita, Kansas.Thanks

I live in Denver and drove over 500 miles to buy my new Goldwing from Jay Hatfield, Found the bike online and sent them a web message, They responded very quickly and we did everything but the signing online including my trade in, Just gave them the info for the trade and took pictures, they made a offer and when I got there they gave the bike a quick inspection and we were signing paperwork within an hour and done. Jordan and Houston are great...Gave me lots of options for any upgrade I might want but didn't push on the ones I didn't.

Jordan at the Wichita location was very knowledgeable. He helped us by phone prior to our purchase and also in person today when we bought a Honda Ruckus. I found a great deal, a better deal than a used bike I was looking at, at a different dealership. everyone else at the dealership was real nice too.
